If you hold a standing order or direct debit mandate with us, you will be able to cancel your membership through your own bank account.
My credit card has changed. How do I update my payment details?
If you need to update your credit card details for any reason, please submit the membership form again with your new card details and our system will automatically replace your current subscription with this latest one.

How can I tune into the live podcast recordings for #ItsBloodyComplicated?
Great to hear you’re interested in joining #ItsBloodyComplicated calls! Our live podcast recordings bring together Compass members and a host of progressive movers and shakers to dig into the most important topics of our time. Calls take place every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6pm (UK).
If you’re a Compass member you can register on the link below and we’ll send over the call details as well as fortnightly reminders on the day the calls are taking place: https://actionnetwork.org/forms/its-bloody-complicated-member-call-registration
I haven’t received my membership welcome pack. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear your membership pack hasn’t landed yet. If you’ve just joined Compass, please note our packs are sent out at the beginning of every month so yours is likely on its way.
If you joined Compass more than one month ago and are still waiting for your pack, it might be that you are not currently opted in to receiving postal mailings from Compass.
Please email members@compassonline.org.uk and our membership team will look into what may have happened and help make sure a membership pack makes it to you.
Can I get a receipt for my donation?
We’d be happy to send over a receipt. Please send your request to members@compassonline.org.uk and we’ll make sure to get you a copy.
I’ve moved. How do I change my address?
Please send an email with your old address and new address to members@compassonline.org.uk. Once you do, our team will make sure to update your membership record.
I missed the new member call this month. Is there another opportunity to join?
