The Compass Co-chairs are excited to announce a new recruitment round for the Compass Board.

This is your chance to shape the future of progressive politics.

The Board plays a crucial political and governance role, making sure Compass is well run, strategic and meets its goal of building a good society.

This is a great opportunity to join us. We are looking for a number of experienced and motivated people to help us in the following areas:

• Institutional development relevant to an organisation like Compass
• Communications, media and social media
• Campaigning
• Fundraising through foundations and high net-worth individuals
• Membership growth and support, including collective forms of working and governance practices
• Financial management

But we welcome applications from people with energy, enthusiasm, ideas, networks and experience to help Compass grow and become much more influential. 

This is an amazing chance for you or someone you may know to help take Compass to a new level in a time of huge challenges and opportunities.
