Calling all Compass members –

We’re holding a statutory Annual General Meeting on Thursday 15th December 1pm, to appoint Board members and receive the annual accounts of the organisation. Please find the annual accounts linked here.

This meeting will be relatively minimal, just concerned with conducting the formal business on the agenda. We will host a more substantial AGM in the spring, where members will be able to input into our strategy and activities.

Members unable to attend are encouraged to vote by completing a proxy vote by following this link, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for the meeting.
